The training and placement cell organized an insightful workshop on October 29th, introducing the crucial concept of soft skills to the newly joined MBA and MCA freshers in collaboration with the Reliance Foundation team. Emphasizing the importance of soft skills in today's competitive landscape, the workshop highlighted how attributes like effective communication, teamwork, adaptability, emotional intelligence and problem-solving are indispensable complements to technical knowledge, enabling students to thrive both professionally and personally.
