The Training and Placement Cell of the Institution conducted a placement drive on 6th December 2024, by inviting Comtech Information Systems, a 27-year-old leading technology company, that provides agile and steadfast IT and Engineering solutions and services to enterprises and governments. The event began with an insightful pre-placement talk where representatives from Comtech provided an overview of the company, its core values, job roles, and career growth opportunities. The session offered a clear understanding of the organization and set a positive tone for the selection process. A total of 98 students participated in the drive, demonstrating enthusiasm and preparedness.The selection process included three levels: a group discussion, the first round of personal interview, and a final round of personal interview. On completion of Group Discussion which evaluated the communication, teamwork and critical thinking skills of the participants, a good number of 63 students out of 98 participants were shortlisted for the first round of personal interview. The first personal interview round, focused on the technical expertise and problem-solving abilities and out of the 63 participants, 27 students were selected for advancement into the final round of interview. Comtech shall announced the final list of selected students shortly. The drive concluded with great anticipation for the final results and underscored the institution’s dedication in facilitating better career opportunities for the students.
