The Training and Placement Cell of the institution organised an insightful Pre-Placement talk by inviting Miss Chandana Iyengar from Crack-ED, a leading skill development and hiring aimed at equipping students with the necessary skills to excel in their job search with Crack-ED which intended to hire the students of the institution. She emphasised on the importance of building both technical and soft skills, highlighting the growing demand for well-rounded professionals in today’s competitive job market. Miss Iyengar also discussed on the role of Crack-ED in bridging the gap between education and industry needs, providing tailored training programs, and offering job placement support. She encouraged students to focus on continuous learning, adaptability, and networking, ensuring they are well-prepared for upcoming career opportunities. She shared registration link with the students who are willing to participate in the recruitment drive scheduled in the month of January, 2025.
