The Training and Placement Cell of the institution organized an internship drive by inviting VXI Global Solutions for MBA and MCA students on 6th January 2025. The drive aimed to provide valuable internship opportunities for students, offering a stipend of Rs. 25000 for two months duration. Ms Mary Nikitha and her team from VXI Global Solutions visited the campus to assess and select candidates for the internship positions. A total of 48 students participated in the recruitment process, which was structured in multiple stages to evaluate the candidates' skills comprehensively.
The first phase of the process involved technical assessments, where candidates were tested on their knowledge in their respective fields of study. This was followed by an evaluation of their communication skills to ensure they could effectively interact and present ideas in a professional setting. The final stage of the drive was a one-on-one interview, where Mary Nikitha and her team assessed the students' overall suitability for the internship roles. Throughout the process, the team focused on evaluating the students' problem-solving abilities, technical expertise, and interpersonal skills.
After thorough evaluations, 12 students were selected for the internship positions, and their offer letters were issued on the same day. The selected students will gain practical industry experience, which is expected to enhance their academic learning and career prospects. The internship positions offer a great opportunity for the students to apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios, fostering personal and professional growth.
