The business and industry is aspiring to recruit individuals with all round personality as prospective employees. To support the students all round personality development, the Training and Placement Cell of the Institutionhosted a ‘Personality Development’ program by inviting Ms Srilatha, Trainer from Proctor and Gamble India with an aim to provide actionable insights to boost the personal and professional growth of students. The speaker emphasised on the importance of personality traits like leadership, communication, group dynamics and discussed on the significance of aligning the personality traits with career goals. She elaborated on personal strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement, techniques to assess and refine one’s behavior and attitudes, effective Communication, time Management, professional Grooming and Etiquette. She has conducted some interactive activities to students like role-playing exercises, self-assessment quizzes. The session effectively bridged the gap between academic knowledge and essential life skills, equipping participants to face future challenges with confidence and competence.
