Internships, an indispensable component of modern management education, are the bridge between theoretical concepts learned in the classroom and their application in real business environments. Internships are the resume boosters, which give a transformative learning experiences to enhance the skill sets and provide invaluable industry exposure for professional growth. To illuminate the path of practical learning and career advancement, the Management club- Anushasan organised a session on Internship guidance by R Techno solutions on 18th June 2025 for the management students.
Mr. Suman Tallada,signifiedthe ability of internships to immerse students in the operational realities of organizations and how does the hands-on experience enable students to understand organizational dynamics, develop problem-solving abilities, and cultivate soft skills such as communication, teamworkand leadership. They enlightened students the way to gain clarity about their career aspirations, explore various functional domains, and build professional networks that can open doors to future opportunities.
One of the core philosophies was experiential learning, where students were encouraged to apply management theories in areas such as marketing analytics, financial modelling, operations management, and strategic planning.For instance, an MBA student specializing in marketing may work on digital marketing campaigns, customer segmentation, or brand positioning strategies under expert supervision. Similarly, students interested in finance would be engaged in budgeting, forecasting and investment analysis projects, which reinforce academic concepts by sharpening the analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
This session helped the students practice critical skills such as negotiation, conflict resolution and project management in a controlled environment, preparing them for the complexities of the corporate world.
