Blood is the very essence of life, flowing through our veins as the vital force sustaining every living cell. Its significance transcends biology and enters the realm of spirituality and humanity. Ancient scriptures recognise the sanctity of blood and the profound impact of its donation, elevating it to a noble act of compassion and selflessness. This sloka elevates blood donation to the highest form of charity, promising spiritual fulfilment to the giver.
The NSS club regularly organises blood donation drives to inculcate a spirit of humanity and kindness among students. These initiatives serve as a platform to inculcate social responsibility and the joy of giving back to society. In collaboration with the Adavally Damodar Reddy Memorial Blood Centre, the NSS club conducted a blood donation camp on 10th December 2025 at the campus. The event was marked by enthusiastic participation from students to contribute to a noble cause. The drive strengthened the bonds of empathy and community spirit as each donor’s contribution was a beacon of hope for patients in need, reflecting the true essence of selfless service.
The blood donation camp was like a celebration of life, compassion and shared humanity. It reaffirmed the timeless message of our scriptures and the enduring power of kindness to transform lives and communities. The trust received 50 units of blood to assist the needy.
