Agenda:

  • To review the actions initiated on the resolutions taken in the earlier meeting.
  • To discuss about the preparation of work load for the upcoming semester.
  • To discuss about research contributions made by the faculty.
  • To discuss about the plan for summer project works by the MBA I year students.
  • To notify about the guest lectures and workshops organized during the last month.
  • To discuss about the placements for upcoming semester.

 


Discussions:

  • The meeting started with a welcome note by IQAC Coordinator Prof. P. Hima Jagathi presented the action taken report on the decision of the IQAC meeting held in the last month to the cell members. She informed that subject preferences were collected from the faculty for the preparation of Handbook for the upcoming odd semester.
  • The Chairperson Dr. M. Madhavi expressed her satisfaction regarding successful organization of the Annual Day Program ‘Anubuthi- 2019’. She also acknowledged the research contributions of the faculty.
  • Mr. Ch. Satish Kumar, notified about the guest lecture organized on the importance of self awareness and value systems on 2nd May 2019. He also informed that specialization choices were collected from the students and internal guides are allocated to the students to pursue their summer project works.
  • Md. Layaq Ahmed, professor suggested for organizing more number of internship programmes in the coming semester to assist the students in their career.
  • Ms. P. Saritha briefed about the details of the placements conducted and internship programs organized for the students. She also informed the cell members regarding the research contributions, participation in workshops and completion of NPTEL certification courses by the faculty.

 


Resolutions:

  • It is resolved to allocate workload for the forthcoming semester.
  • It is resolved to allocate internal guides for the students to pursue project work.
  • It is resolved to conduct more number of guest lecturers in the next month.
  • It is resolved to organize interactive session on Yoga and its benefits.
  • It is resolved to plan for activities to be taken by the training and placement cell.

The meeting concluded with Vote of thanks proposed by IQAC Coordinator.
